Teachers
Teachers are equipped first — and supported through the whole rollout
Not a one-time training day. Fifteen live online workshops across five phases, in a teacher-focused, problem-solving format, with a permanent Q&A library behind them.

The model
Structured, phased and grade-specific
Five structured phases
Teacher development spans five phases of the programme, so teachers are equipped progressively rather than in a single burst.
Three workshops per phase
One each for Primary, Middle and High School teachers, so the tools are always age-appropriate to the students in the room.
Fifteen workshops in all
Each two hours: 90 minutes of content plus 30 minutes of live Q&A.
Live online over Zoom
Delivered directly to teachers — no travel, minimal disruption to the timetable.
Every question answered and recorded
Answers from Sanjeev Verma are recorded on the Alchemi-E website — an always-available reference library teachers can return to.
Usable from day one
Practical, problem-solving format. Tools go into the classroom the next morning.
What teachers learn to do
Capability that stays in the school
- Apply developmental principles in everyday classroom moments
- Address attention loss, emotional overwhelm, low confidence and behavioural reactivity as they happen
- Reinforce student growth through everyday interactions
- Create psychologically safer classrooms
- Become long-term facilitators of development, so the capability stays inside the school
What we ask
Three commitments, stated upfront
- A named point of contact who owns the calendar and internal follow-through.
- Protected teacher time across the live workshops — not squeezed between duties.
- A willingness to let the platform be the backbone, rather than a link shared once and forgotten.
We say this upfront because schools that skip this step are the ones that do not renew.
Plan the workshop calendar around your term
Send us your term dates and grade bands, and we will map the five phases to them.
