Next series dates to be announced. Book to hear first.
Sound familiar?
“They ignore me until I shout.”
“I shout, and then I feel terrible.”
“One minute fine, the next minute slamming doors.”
“They talk back, and it turns into a fight.”
“They only talk to me when they need something.”
“I can't get the phone out of their hand.”
“Exams make the whole house tense.”
“We used to be so close.”
Every parent has moments like these. You are not doing it wrong. Most of us were simply never given the tools. This programme was built around these moments, in the words parents use.
Why it starts with you
A calm child starts with a calm adult.
Children learn how to handle big feelings by watching the adults around them. When you are steady, they settle faster. When you are stretched thin, they feel it.
That is why this programme starts with you. Not because you are the problem, but because you are the person your child copies most. And parents today are carrying a lot: in a large US survey, nearly half of parents said their stress feels completely overwhelming on most days.
Every workshop gives you something you can use the same evening. There is nothing to memorise and nothing to read. You learn practical tools, see them shown live, and try them together.

The six workshops
Six workshops. One for each of the hardest parts.
Each workshop answers a group of everyday problems. Join all six, or only the ones you need right now.
Week 1
The Steady Parent
Your calm comes first
For when you are exhausted, you shout and then feel guilty, or the adults at home do not agree.
Show what we cover +
What we cover
- Why your calm matters more than any technique
- The ten-second pause between the trigger and the reaction
- How to repair things after you have snapped
- Guilt you can put down, and getting on the same page with your partner or the grandparents
You will leave able to notice the moment before you react, and calm yourself in under three minutes.
Practice you take home: the humming breath
Week 2
When They Don't Listen
Cooperation without shouting
For when you repeat yourself five times, everything is a no, or there is back-talk, lying or fighting between brothers and sisters.
Show what we cover +
What we cover
- Why children stop listening, and how to ask so it lands
- Rules and consequences that hold, without threats
- Answering rudeness without starting a fight
- Lying, tantrums and sibling fights
You will leave able to get cooperation with fewer repeats, and stay calm while you hold a rule.
Practice you take home: name it, breathe, wait
Week 3
Moods and Big Feelings
What is a phase and what needs help
For when moods swing fast, anger flares, or your child worries, sulks or has no confidence.
Show what we cover +
What we cover
- What sits under a mood, and how to give feelings words
- What is normal at each age
- Helping a child cool down before you talk
- The signs a mood is more than a phase, and where to get help
You will leave able to stay steady when your child is not, and tell a phase from a problem.
Practice you take home: the cooling breath, done together
Week 4
Staying Close as They Grow
When they pull away
For when they roll their eyes, stay shut in their room, keep secrets or only talk to you when they need something.
Show what we cover +
What we cover
- Why some pulling away is normal, and what to protect anyway
- Listening so they keep talking
- How one word can stay with a child for years
- Small daily habits that keep the door open
You will leave able to keep your child talking to you, even through the teenage years.
Practice you take home: five minutes a day that belong to your child
Week 5
Screens, Sleep and Routine
Taking back the family day
For when the phone never leaves their hand, gaming runs past midnight, mornings are a battle or nothing gets done at home.
Show what we cover +
What we cover
- What endless scrolling does to attention, mood and sleep
- Screen rules the whole family keeps, starting with yours
- What to put in the gap
- Calmer bedtimes, calmer mornings, and chores without nagging
You will leave able to agree screen rules that stick, and run a calmer bedtime.
Practice you take home: a five-minute screen-free wind-down before bed
Week 6
The World Outside Home
Friends, pressure and self-worth
For when friends matter more than family, you worry about bullying, or marks and looks are shaking your child's confidence.
Show what we cover +
What we cover
- Peer pressure, and staying the safe place they come back to
- The early signs of bullying, online and offline
- Body image and comparison
- Talking about marks without making them about worth
- Extra live time for your own questions
You will leave able to spot trouble early, and help your child feel they are worth more than their results.
Practice you take home: a two-minute steadying breath before any hard moment
How it works
Built around your week, not the other way round.
- Six workshops, one each weekend for six weeks
- 75 minutes each: teaching, a practice done together, and live time for your questions
- Live on Zoom with Sanjeev Verma
- Every session is recorded, so you can catch up or watch again in parts
- Join all six, or only the ones you need. Each workshop stands on its own
- About five minutes a day between workshops, usually with your child
- A picture card after each workshop, in a version for your child's age: under 6, 6 to 12, or 13 to 18
- Send in your question before a session, so the live time goes on what parents are stuck on
- No reading, no homework, no tests and no certificate
If you work full time.
Every workshop is on a weekend. The daily practice takes five minutes and you do it with your child, so it adds time together instead of taking it away.
If your day runs around the family.
Every session is recorded, and you can watch it in parts whenever you have a few minutes. Missing one never means falling behind.
If long reading is not for you.
There is nothing to read or write. Every practice is shown live and done together on screen. The cards are mostly pictures, with one short line for each step.
Why six weeks?
Sanjeev teaches that any new practice needs 14 days to show a change, 28 days to settle in, and 42 days to become part of you. Six weeks is 42 days. A practice you start in the first week has become a habit by the last.
Grandparents and anyone else who shares the parenting can join on the same booking.
What you take home
What you leave with
- A way to calm yourself in under three minutes
- Ways to ask so your child listens, without shouting
- Words for feelings that work at your child's age
- Screen rules your whole family agrees to
- Five minutes a day that bring you and your child closer
- Six picture cards to keep on the fridge
- A clear sense of when a problem needs more help, and where to find it
Find your problem
