Nursery & Primary
Focus, Naming and managing feelings, confidence, friendship, boundaries, patience, responsibility, effort and self-worth.
How, Storytelling, games, art, movement, guided breathing and weekly Word–Image–Feeling affirmations.
Curriculum
This is not a one-time programme. Each year builds on the last, so a child who joins in Nursery and leaves in Class 12 has followed one continuous developmental line.

How it is designed
Every month meets a real challenge children face at that age, not a topic chosen for the syllabus.
Each year opens by revisiting the previous year, then goes deeper. Learning compounds instead of resetting.
A signature affirmation method: say it, picture it, feel it. Woven through every band.
Short, age-appropriate practices inside existing structures, not an extra subject or a timetable overhaul.

What it develops
How students engage
Teachers turn learning into real-time practice, handling attention challenges, emotional reactivity, behavioural issues, peer conflict and confidence struggles as they happen.
How it fits into schools
Possible formats include:
The structure is flexible, age-appropriate and non-disruptive. Getting started begins with a short online assessment and integration period to understand your academic structure, student needs and goals.
The monthly rhythm
A challenge of the month, matched to the child’s stage of development.
About five minutes of practice woven into the school day.
Each week combines one Head–Heart–Hands activity and one affirmation, with sharing circles and home reinforcement.
The year
Each year has eight themes, one a month. Every month starts from a real challenge children face at that age. In Class 3, for example, Month 4 is “I Know My Worth”. Children at that age start tying their worth to marks and comparison, so the month helps them see that their worth is not the same as their results.
Themes come back each year, a little deeper. Self-worth starts in Nursery as “I Can!”, becomes “I Know My Worth” in Class 3, grows into “Identity and Self-Worth” in Class 8, and reaches “Believe in Yourself” in Class 10.
